REGIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER

Ridgemont Resources has partnered with a privately owned specialty infusion services provider that is expanding into the Oklahoma City market. We are seeking qualified candidates for a fulltime Regional Account Manager to expand the customer base in the OKC area.
The qualified candidate will have:
1. A patient-centered philosophy of care; patient first, always.
2. Relationship-based sales experience calling on hospital discharge planners and case managers, preferably as a sales representative or clinical liaison for a home infusion company.
3. Good working knowledge of the infusion process and the disease states most often addressed with home infusion is also required.
4. Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business or marketing preferred (or equivalent experience).
5. Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
6. Ability to conduct presentations and demonstrated sales skills
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and negotiating skills
8. Ability to work as a team with clinical and reimbursement personnel to meet the patient’s needs
QUALIFIED CANDIDATES ONLY PLEASE. The position’s requirements regarding acute infusion sales experience are a must!
This position offers a very competitive base salary and uncapped bonus plan.
